Beyonce Performs ‘XO’ At The BRIT Awards 2014

Beyonce Performs ‘XO’ At The BRIT Awards 2014

beyonce-performance-BRIT-Awards
Beyonce is known for being flawless, but her performance of her new hit “XO” at the Brit Awards this evenings took things to a whole new level. Bey hit the stage in a jaw-dropping floor-length sequined gown, and wowed the crowed with a stripped-down performance that will be sure to have everyone talking.

Beyonce hit the stage at London’s O2 Arena looking like a full-on mermaid in a floor-length, shiny green gown, and stuck to the basics as she belted out her hit “XO”

It was a great move for Beyonce, who was performing “XO” for the very first time in front of a live, televised audience. She didn’t go for theatrics in the performance (minus those fireworks), instead relying on her voice and hypnotic stage presence to sell her latest hit. Of course, the gown and also told a pretty sexy story.

Bey’s BRITs performance was actually supposed to be kept secret, and was only revealed earlier in the day when host James Carden shared the news on BBC Radio.

‘But I figure it’s the day… I must be able to tell you? Beyoncé. Beyoncé is performing tonight. She’s performing a track she has never ever performed live before. Ever,’ he told BBC Radio 2′s Zoe Ball.

Lil Wayne's Tha Carter V May Have A Release Date!

Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter V" May Have A Release Date!

Lil Wayne will drop the much-talked about fifth installment of his Tha Carter series on May 5, 2014, according to Drake. While it's unclear whether the OVO rapper accidentally let the cat out of the bag or was given the all-clear by the Young Money captain, as "official" hip-hop release dates go, the spring date appears to be legit.
Drizzy made the announcement on Friday during a set at New Orleans' House of Blues as part of kickoff festivities for the NBA All-Star weekend. And Weezy was on hand, too, hitting the stage for a performance of his own. Still, the album scoop seems to directly contradict what a Cash Money exec had teased in an interview with Buffalo, New York, college paper The Griffin. Check out the 24 sec clip below
